Delete individual data
You do not have to give up your whole account to get rid of individual data.
What you can delete yourself
Change or remove your profile photo and profile text directly in your profile, saved lists in the overview. Whether your profile shows the countries you have travelled to is set under Settings → Privacy. Remove saved payment methods in the payment sheet at your next checkout.
What to ask us for
We remove chat histories, search history and stored payment data on request. Write to hallo@quartavo.com and name what should go. We handle it within 20 days and tell you if something cannot be done. Your search history is deleted after 180 days in any case.
What has to stay
Invoices, booking and payment records cannot be deleted — tax law requires them to be kept for up to ten years. Reported content is kept until two years after the decision on the report.
