Delete your account
You can delete your Quartavo account yourself at any time — in the app under Profile → Delete account, or on the web under Settings → Privacy.
What happens next
Your listings go offline immediately. Your account stays for 30 days: sign in during that time and you can undo the deletion. After that your data is removed for good.
What gets deleted
Name, e-mail address, phone number, profile details and photo, your identity documents, sign-in data, passkeys and signed-in devices, saved lists, search history, notifications, blocks, your provider identification, your listing photos (except one cover picture each) and your customer account with our payment provider Stripe, including saved payment methods.
What is kept
Reviews and chat histories remain so the other side keeps their booking history — your name there is replaced by "Gelöschter Nutzer" (deleted user). Invoices, booking and payment records are kept for up to ten years for tax reasons; invoices carry the name and address that applied when they were issued, because the law requires it. Tax-reportable data (DAC7) is kept for ten years after the end of the reporting period. Support requests, reports and records of consent are deleted after the periods stated in the privacy policy.
When it is not possible yet
While a booking is running or upcoming, a guest is booked with you, or a payout is pending, we cannot delete the account. Settle that first — the app tells you what is outstanding.
Without access to your account
If you can no longer get into your account, write to hallo@quartavo.com. We will respond within 20 days.
